HUMBLE BEAST POWERWASHING AND MORE

SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS

By scheduling services with Humble Beast Powerwashing and More, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services and Pricing

All services will be performed according to the agreed-upon scope of work and quoted price. Any additional services or charges must be communicated to and approved by the customer before the additional work is performed.

2. Property Preparation and Access

Customers are responsible for securing personal belongings, moving vehicles when necessary, and notifying the company of fragile surfaces, pre-existing damage, known leaks, or other property concerns before service begins. Customers must also communicate any access restrictions and ensure water access is available when required.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit equal to 25% of the total cost of the selected service(s) is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due according to the payment terms provided by Humble Beast Powerwashing and More.

4. Deposits and Cancellation Policy

All deposits are nonrefundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms & Conditions or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers must provide at least 72 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment to request a cancellation or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the applicable service price, subject to the deposit already paid and applicable law.

5. Weather-Related Delays and Company Cancellations

Services may be postponed or rescheduled due to severe weather, unsafe working conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances that prevent the safe completion of the work. Customers will be notified of any scheduling changes.

If Humble Beast Powerwashing and More cancels a service on the scheduled service date, the customer will receive a 100% refund of the deposit paid, returned to the original payment method used for the booking.

6. Property Conditions and Damage

Customers must disclose known property damage, delicate materials, sensitive surfaces, and other conditions that may affect service results before work begins. Humble Beast Powerwashing and More will exercise reasonable care while performing services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived.

7. Customer Agreement

By checking the required Terms & Conditions agreement box during booking, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms before scheduling services.
